Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales + Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through kitchen layouts, materials, finishes, and accessories that fit their space, style, and budget.

The team member will prepare design concepts and presentations, collaborate on construction drawings, and coordinate with the factory and installation teams to ensure accurate execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, taking measurements, providing design and space planning recommendations, preparing quotations, and closing sales. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships,



updating CRM or sales records, and staying informed about new products, design trends, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts and storage solutions within a variety of residential kitchen and wardrobe spaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret plans, prepare accurate drawings, and coordinate with production and installation teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong sales, client-facing, and communication skills, with the ability to present design options, negotiate, and close deals.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software) and basic knowledge of materials, hardware, and kitchen fittings.
- Ability to perform on-site measurements, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
- Prior experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior design sales, and familiarity with the Pune market, will be an advantage.
