Role Description The Sales Intern (Commission Based) will support business growth by identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, and presenting Peachy Peapod Marketing’s services in a clear and compelling way. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, conducting outreach via email, calls, and social platforms, scheduling and participating in virtual meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing and account teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, and follow up with leads to move them through the sales cycle. This is a full time,



remote role, with earnings primarily based on sales commissions, and may include training and mentorship in digital marketing and sales best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation, with an interest in digital marketing services.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as learning new sales tools quickly and helping organize sales processes under guidance.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, SEO, branding, paid advertising) is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and using online collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track and report on sales activities.
- Enrollment in or completion of a business, marketing, communications, or related program is an advantage but not required.
- High level of integrity, motivation to work on a commission-based structure, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
