We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with a robust background in the Insurance industry to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have 5–10+ years of relevant experience exclusively in the Insurance sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building high-performing teams, and developing strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall sales function and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Drive customer acquisition, business development, and market expansion.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and take corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.




- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and applicable insurance regulations.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 5–10+ years of experience in the Insurance industry.
- Candidates with exclusive Insurance industry experience will be preferred.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation with a proven track record of delivering business results.
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance across multiple locations/channels.
