The role is for a Sales & Growth Marketing Associate at Rungta Ventures. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with the venture, marketing, and engineering teams and gain hands-on experience in sales, growth, startups, and AI-focused businesses.

The Associate will support lead generation, sales outreach, partnership development, and relationship building with prospective founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and strategic partners. Responsibilities include identifying and researching potential leads, managing outreach campaigns, following up with prospects, maintaining CRM and sales pipelines, and tracking engagement and conversion metrics.

The role will also involve supporting growth and marketing initiatives, including developing marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and business collateral, creating digital content, and coordinating communications across email, social media, and other digital channels.

The Associate will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, customer and founder feedback, and identifying new business growth opportunities. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure sales and marketing messaging aligns with Rungta Ventures’ AI-first focus.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with founders, entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, growth marketing, and relationship building.
- Ability to support lead generation, prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and CRM platforms.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify prospects, market opportunities, and industry trends.
- Ability to create professional presentations, marketing collateral, and business communications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Genuine interest in AI, startups, technology, venture capital, and emerging businesses.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, startups, or internships is a plus, but not mandatory.
