Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound banquet sales inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

- Generate recent business opportunities for banquet bookings, corporate events, social gatherings, and catering services.

- Understand client requirements and recommend customized banquet packages and curated menus.

- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and event menus with prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event execution.

- Conduct venue visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall banquet revenue growth.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions using Excel and POS systems.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in banquet sales, hospitality sales, catering sales,



or food & beverage sales.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Well-spoken with a professional and customer-centric approach.

- Good knowledge of food, beverages, banquet operations, and menu planning.

- Familiarity with Excel and POS systems.

- Experience in handling corporate sales and event bookings will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Hotels, Banquet Venues, Catering Companies, Restaurants, or Hospitality Brands.

- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to work in Santacruz West will be preferred.
