Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Sales Executive with a phlebotomy background. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients for preventive health check-up packages, explaining service offerings, and building long-term relationships with individuals, corporates, and healthcare partners.

The Sales

Executive will coordinate with diagnostic centers and laboratories, manage appointments, and ensure smooth sample collection and handling leveraging phlebotomy skills.



Daily responsibilities include conducting field visits, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, providing customer support, phlebotomy services at home or camp or centre and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The position also requires collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Phlebotomy experience with safe sample collection, handling, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Ability to clearly explain preventive health services, packages, and procedures to diverse customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer use, CRM or sales tracking tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and local languages.
- Previous experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales is highly advantageous.
- Formal training or certification in phlebotomy; a diploma or degree in healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally in and around Kochi, with a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
