Position: Sales Executive – Real EstateWhitefox Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team for our residential project in Sector 73, Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads for residential flats and properties.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other information to customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, site visits, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also apply.
