- Role: Sales & Admissions Counsellor
- Location: Noida Sector 16 (Onsite)
- Experience: 1–4 years (Experience in Education, EdTech, Beauty, or Wellness sales preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Package: Competitive Fixed Salary + Uncapped Monthly Performance Incentives

What You Will Do:

- Drive Enrollments: Proactively contact leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins to achieve and exceed monthly admission targets.
- Consultative Admissions: Understand student career aspirations, recommend appropriate beauty/wellness programs, and guide them through the registration and fee process.
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Maintain an accurate lead database, track status via CRM tools, and systematically follow up with prospective students.
- Brand Representation: Act as the primary face of the academy, conducting campus walk-throughs and building trust with prospective students and parents.




- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with administrative and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding for every student.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven track record in phone/in-person sales, inside sales, or course admissions.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections with empathy and close sales efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software).
- Prior experience or passion for the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector is a strong plus.
