Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, explain investment products such as stocks, mutual funds, IPOs, and SIPs, and support them in opening and maintaining accounts. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, following up on leads, preparing basic proposals, and ensuring accurate documentation of client information. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries, staying updated on market trends,



and working toward individual and team sales targets.

The Sales

Executive is expected to represent Trust Point Finance professionally, maintain ethical selling practices, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of financial products such as stocks, mutual funds, IPOs, and SIPs, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident presentation abilities.
- Basic analytical and numerical skills to understand investment options and explain them in simple terms.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for managing leads, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Preferred education: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
