About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to take ownership of our customer journey, from handling incoming leads and converting sales to customer engagement, dispatch, post-sales support and maintaining sales-related quality documentation.

This is a hands-on startup role with exposure to Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Healthcare and ISO 13485.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and convert leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
- Follow up with leads, maintain lead records and achieve sales targets.
- Manage order processing, packaging and dispatch.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests and post-sales follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records, complaint records and other relevant ISO 13485 documentation.
- Engage existing customers and build long-term relationships.
- Manage and actively engage our WhatsApp community of doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Support Instagram engagement, respond to enquiries and convert social-media interactions into leads.




- Re-engage old/inactive leads and develop current sales and referral strategies.
- Track sales performance and suggest practical ways to improve conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, healthcare, medical devices or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Good follow-up and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital tools.
- Sales-oriented, proactive and target-driven.
- Willing to learn ISO 13485 and medical-device processes.
- Able to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who doesn't just wait for leads or instructions...they follow up, close the sale, take care of the customer and look for ways to improve the process.
