Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting product offerings to prospective and existing customers. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and providing regular reports on performance and market trends.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM tools) and comfort working with sales reporting systems.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and work independently.
- Knowledge of trading or distribution business operations is an advantage; prior experience in similar industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, visit customer locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
