Role Description The Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading the sales function and driving revenue growth for Unosafe Elevator Pvt Ltd. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing the sales pipeline, and managing key client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

The role involves guiding and mentoring the sales team, setting performance targets, reviewing sales reports, and ensuring effective account management practices.

The Sales

Head collaborates with leadership, operations,



and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business development, close deals, and oversee the entire sales cycle.
- Proven Team Management and leadership abilities to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Solid Account Management experience to build long-term relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure repeat business.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or elevator industry is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
