About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive to join the Flowbee.io sales team in Pattambi .

The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi and a good understanding of how different businesses operate. The role involves communicating with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, demonstrating Flowbee.io, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential business leads.
- Communicate confidently with customers in Hindi and English .
- Understand customer businesses, requirements, and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate Flowbee.io solutions.
- Explain how WhatsApp Business automation can help businesses with sales, customer support, marketing, and communication.
- Conduct product demos through calls, online meetings, and direct customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, demos, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.




- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams after closing a sale.
- Work towards monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Must be very fluent in Hindi and English .
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive understanding of businesses and different industries.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, WhatsApp Business, digital marketing, or business software will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must be willing to work from our Pattambi office .

Salary Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month

We can consider a higher salary based on experience, sales skills, communication ability, and previous performance .
