Sales Executive – Responsibilities

- Handle hotel sales and achieve business targets.
- Generate new corporate, travel agent and local business.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and local partners.
- Promote hotel rooms, events, banquets and other services.
- Handle client visits and sales calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B; and other departments.

Sales Coordinator – Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in daily activities.
- Handle sales enquiries, calls and emails.




- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
- Maintain client and sales records.
- Coordinate bookings and client requirements with hotel departments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and documents.
- Support the Sales Executive/Manager in achieving targets.

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Presentable and qualified personality.
- Knowledge of the Mussoorie local market will be an advantage.
- Hotel industry sales experience will be preferred.
