Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, lead generation, relationship management, and field/site visits. This role involves both office-based sales activities and regular visits to clients, prospects, and business locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, networking, and market research.
- Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct regular client and site visits to generate and convert business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations/proposals, and close sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and business events.
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Business Administration,



or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred for field visits.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
