Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with cafes, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream manufacturers, beverage brands, and retail outlets. Daily activities include visiting prospects and existing customers, presenting FRUJOY product portfolios, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating pricing and terms.



The role involves managing the sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, coordinating orders with the operations team, and ensuring timely deliveries and customer follow-up.

The Sales

Executive will also gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, support promotional campaigns, and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in B2B sales, field sales, and account management within FMCG or food and beverage sectors.
- Strong customer relationship management, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging business clients.
- Ability to plan routes, manage time efficiently, and work independently to meet sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software for tracking sales activities.
- Understanding of FMCG distribution, retail operations, and market dynamics in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comfort with frequent local travel, fluency in English and Hindi, and a valid driving license are beneficial.
