About the Role

Resonance HR Services is hiring Sales Executives on behalf of a reputed two-wheeler dealership in Faridabad.

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates who can handle customers, generate sales and contribute to the dealership’s overall sales performance.

Freshers with positive communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain two-wheeler models, features, specifications and available options to customers.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, references, follow-ups and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth completion of the sales and delivery process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Candidates with experience in the Automobile / Two-Wheeler industry will be preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered based on communication skills and suitability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
