Experience: 0–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA

Industry: Real Estate / Wealth Management / Hospitality / Co-working / Luxury / Managed Offices

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential prospects
- Manage and convert qualified leads through effective consultation and negotiation
- Visit project sites and present offerings to prospective and existing clients
- Build solid client relationships and enhance brand awareness
- Nurture leads and maintain a healthy lead-to-sales pipeline
- Generate referrals and expand the client database
- Take ownership of sales targets and overall project performance

What We’re Looking For

- 0–10 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills




- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- High ownership, accountability and proactive mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 / Google Workspace
- Multilingual/Bilingual candidates will have an added advantage
