Key Responsibilities (KRAs & Deliverables)

- Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation: Connect with prospective buyers, handle direct inquiries, and pitch premium residential and commercial spaces to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Site Visits & Customer Experience: Conduct professional, high-impact site visits for potential clients; explain floor plans, architectural layouts, amenities, and project USPs clearly.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales closing cycle, including pricing discussions, customized payment structure presentations, and the collection of initial booking amounts.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate and real-time maintenance of customer records, lead progression stages, and interaction notes within the company's CRM platform.
- Market Intelligence & Networking: Actively map competitor movements across Bhubaneswar, identify local real estate trends, and nurture relationships with channel partners and brokers to expand sales pipelines.

What We Are Looking For





- Education: Any Graduate degree (BA, B. Com, B.Sc., B. Tech); an MBA in Marketing or Business Development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 0–2 years of progressive direct sales experience. Prior experience selling premium high-rise residential or commercial spaces in the Real Estate or Construction sectors is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software, MS Office (Excel/Word), and real estate payment schedule calculations. Excellent localized geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar market dynamics.
- Core Traits: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, high emotional intelligence, a sharp problem-solving mindset, absolute ownership of targets, and a well-groomed, professional demeanour.

Pay: ₹13,773.49 - ₹55,793.51 per month
