Role & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers for industrial lubricants.

- Visit manufacturing companies, factories, and other industrial customers to promote and sell industrial lubricant products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubrication solutions.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.

- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close sales orders.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Coordinate with internal teams and product specialists to provide appropriate customer support.

- Track customer visits, enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.

- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales,



or business development.

- Experience in industrial lubricants, engineering products, industrial products, or manufacturing-related sales will be an added advantage.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular field visits.

- Ability to identify customer requirements and develop new business opportunities.

- Basic knowledge of computer applications and sales reporting.

- Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.

- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region will be preferred.
