Role

We are looking for someone to drive Online Sales and provide Customer Support through Reddit, Discord, forums, email, and other online communities.

Responsibilities

- Find and engage potential customers in relevant online communities.
- Explain products, answer questions, and convert interested users into customers.
- Provide friendly and timely customer support through written communication.
- Follow up with leads professionally without spamming.
- Write, edit, or review basic website and marketing content.

Requirements

- Excellent written English and solid grammar. (Mandatory)
- Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-service skills.
- Experience communicating with customers from the US or Europe.
- Comfortable using Reddit, Discord, email,



and online communities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Voice calling is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in online sales, customer support, community management, or digital-product sales.
- Experience writing online content.
- Familiarity with the technology industry or software engineer interviews. (Optional)
- Engineering or computer-science background. (Optional)

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and availability. Performance-based incentives may be included.
