Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new B2B clients, including retailers, boutiques, and international buyers, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating bulk order requirements with production and logistics teams. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, following up on leads, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies for growth in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills, with experience in managing wholesale or bulk-order clients.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with apparel, fashion, or textiles, preferably within ethnic-wear or similar product categories.
- Competence in using CRM and basic reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on orders and commitments.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Jaipur and collaborating closely with production, logistics, and management teams.
- Prior experience in domestic and/or international B2B sales is an advantage; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
