About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented sales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our insurance and mutual fund products.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new customers.
- Promote and explain insurance and mutual fund products to clients.
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and customer onboarding.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and financial market developments.

Requirements




- Basic knowledge of insurance and mutual funds.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and basic financial knowledge may also apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹16,000/month
- Final salary will depend on experience, knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability.
