• Public Campaign Solutions KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Market

Development - Visit businesses and identify potential clients.

- Build a strong local business network.
- Identify businesses that need branding, advertising or digital growth. 2.

Client

Acquisition - Approach business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Present suitable Amezia Media solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying clients. 3.

Field

Meetings - Conduct regular business visits.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Present proposals and quotations professionally.
- Follow up until closure. 4.

Relationship

Management - Maintain qualified relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat and recurring business.




- Coordinate with the internal creative and marketing team after client conversion. DAILY ACTIVITY TARGET 15 Prospecting/Business Contacts 50 WhatsApp/Follow-up Messages 5 Business Visits 5 Client Meetings 3 Quality Sales Calls Targets may be adjusted according to territory and business requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who: ✓ Is confident communicating with business owners ✓ Is comfortable with field work and travelling locally ✓ Can independently generate leads ✓ Has strong convincing and negotiation skills ✓ Understands basic advertising/digital marketing concepts ✓ Is target-oriented and disciplined ✓ Can speak Marathi/Hindi; English communication is an advantage ✓ Has a professional attitude and strong follow-up ability Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in any of the following is an advantage:
