Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
- Process orders, handle returns, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in BPO or call center workplace.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle international sales calls.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Fresh graduate or recent college passout preferred.
