Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development skilled to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, and preferably have a background in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda, botanical ingredients, or related industries.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients
- Track sales activities, leads,



and conversions
- Contribute to the company's overall business development and growth

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales / business development is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups
- Comfortable with targets and client-facing responsibilities
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes
- Preferred: Experience in herbal, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, botanical extract, Ayurveda, or related industries
- Preferred: Existing industry contacts/network

What We’re Looking For Someone who is driven, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process.

This is an on-site role based in Bangalore with an opportunity to work closely with a growing business in the herbal and nutraceutical industry.
