Your Role

- Welcome and assist customers with their jewellery needs.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable jewellery and explain pricing, offers & schemes.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build strong relationships and encourage repeat customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and support billing.
- Maintain attractive and organized jewellery counters.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews, and future purchases.
- Work with the team to deliver an excellent showroom experience.

What We’re Looking For




- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.
- Tamil communication is essential; English is an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and confident personality.
- Jewellery retail experience is an added advantage.
