Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to join our international sales team remotely, handling clients based in Australia. The ideal candidate should have strong spoken English communication skills and prior experience in network marketing, direct selling, or a related sales background. This is a work-from-home position open to candidates across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective and existing customers in Australia via calls, chat, or video call
- Explain products/services and business opportunity clearly and persuasively
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients/downline for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up consistently on leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and conversions in CRM/reporting sheets
- Handle client queries and objections professionally
- Stay self-disciplined and productive in a remote work environment

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Network Marketing/MLM/Direct Selling
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
- Comfortable working the 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST shift, 6 days a week
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp/Email communication)
- Own laptop/PC with stable internet connection (mandatory)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace for calls
