Infinity Journey is a travel company specializing in international holidays, customized private tours, and group tour packages.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Kochi team and handle qualified digital enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.

This role is suited to candidates who already understand the international travel sales cycle and can independently manage enquiries from initial contact through booking confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to digital travel enquiries and qualified leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and itinerary expectations.
- Prepare and present international tour quotations based on customer requirements.
- Develop and customize private, customized, and group tour itineraries.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
- Negotiate appropriately and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM systems and WhatsApp-based sales communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up on pending quotations and enquiries.




- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

Mandatory Requirements Candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of skilled experience in the Tours & Travels industry.
- Proven experience in travel sales and customer conversion.
- Experience handling international tour enquiries.
- Practical experience preparing travel quotations and itineraries.
- Experience selling custom/private tours and group tours.
- Strong experience in customer follow-up and closing bookings.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for sales and customer communication.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead-management systems.
- Fluent English communication — both written and spoken.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong negotiation, communication, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
