Farms of Mishra is building a modern dairy-focused business around dairy farming, farm education, and dairy equipment .

We are expanding our dairy equipment business and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive Intern who can help us connect with dairy farmers, understand their requirements, recommend the right equipment, and convert qualified leads into customers.

This is a sales-focused role with real responsibility and a clear path to a full-time position.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive Intern, you will work directly with customers interested in dairy equipment such as:

- Milking Machines
- Chaff Cutters
- Dairy Farm Equipment
- Feed & Fodder Equipment
- Other dairy and agricultural machinery

Leads will be provided. Your responsibility will be to engage with these leads, understand their requirements, explain products, follow up consistently, and help convert them into paying customers. You will get hands-on experience in inside sales, customer handling, lead management, product selling and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage with leads provided by the company.
- Understand the customer's dairy farm size, requirements and budget.
- Recommend suitable dairy equipment based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, pricing and benefits clearly.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders and delivery.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable speaking to customers on calls.
- Confident,



persuasive and good at communication.
- Comfortable with sales and follow-ups.
- Willing to learn about dairy farming and agricultural equipment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented and focused on results.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer tools.
- Fluent in Hindi.
- Available for a full-time work commitment .

Freshers Can Apply Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory .

Internship → Full-Time Opportunity The first 3 months will be an internship with a stipend of ₹10,000/month .

At the end of the internship, performance will be evaluated based on factors such as:

- Sales performance
- Lead conversion
- Customer handling
- Follow-up discipline
- Product knowledge
- Consistency and ownership

Based on performance, the candidate may be offered a full-time Sales Executive position with a salary in the range of ₹20,000–₹25,000/month .
