About Hublle
Hublle is an official Meta Tech Partner and WhatsApp automation platform built for businesses and Shopify merchants. We help D2C brands automate order updates, abandoned cart recovery, returns, COD verification, and customer support — all over WhatsApp and Instagram. We're growing fast, and we need a sharp sales executive to own the front line: get Shopify merchants installed, onboarded, and paying.
The Role
You'll be the first human touchpoint for every new merchant. Your job is simple to describe, hard to do well: find Shopify store owners who have a WhatsApp problem, show them Hublle solves it, and get them live on the platform.
What You'll Do
- Run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold email, and Shopify/D2C communities (Facebook Groups, Twitter/X, Reddit).
- Conduct demo calls with D2C founders and e-commerce managers.
- Personally onboard new merchants within 24 hours of install — walk them through setup, connect their WhatsApp Business number, and get their first automation live.
- Hit your allocated sales target.
- Feed product feedback from merchants directly to the team.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience (Shopify ecosystem experience is a strong plus).
- Comfortable running the full cycle — prospecting, demo, close, onboard.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Shopify, or D2C brands as either a seller or a tool user.
- Self-starter who can work without hand-holding — we're early stage, playbooks are being written now.
- Comfortable with a target-driven environment; you'll have clear weekly metrics.
