EWC Solar is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting our solar solutions, and achieving sales targets through extensive field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present, promote, and sell EWC Solar products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending payments.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: BBA, B. Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Field Sales and Customer Acquisition.
- Exposure to Inside Sales or Direct Sales.
- Knowledge of the Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Related Industry will be an advantage.
