Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Identify and develop potential customers, dealers, and business partners.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Generate secondary sales and ensure effective inventory liquidation.

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Market

Development

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Promote laminates, edgebands, decorative products, and related product ranges.

- Develop new dealer and retailer networks.

3.

Client Relationship

Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Act as the primary point of contact and resolve customer queries.

- Coordinate with contractors and carpenters for product meets and training sessions.

4.

Product

Promotion & Branding

- Ensure strong product visibility at dealer and retailer counters.

- Promote loyalty programs and marketing initiatives.





- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

- Work closely with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Solid communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.

- Good knowledge of the wood, laminates, interiors, or building materials industry.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- Strong sales and territory management skills.

- Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
