Academic Counsellor – Inside Sales (CAT & MBA Prep)

Every month, thousands of CAT aspirants find our client on their own. Your job is to talk to them. ?The company runs one of India's largest online CAT-preparation communities, with over 3 lakh aspirants following us worldwide and 40,000+ IIM calls to show for it. What started as one person answering fellow students' doubts online during college has grown into a full course that cut the price of quality CAT coaching by roughly half.That reach means you are not dialling cold lists.

You are speaking to people who already know the brand and have raised their hand.

What you'll do ✅

1. Speak with CAT aspirants who have enquired about our courses, and understand their target percentile, timeline, and what is holding them back
2. Recommend the right programme and study plan (6 to 15 month cohorts) based on where they actually are, not where the target sheet wants them to be
3. Own your pipeline end to end, from first call to enrolment, including follow-ups on warm leads
4. Hit a monthly enrolment and revenue target
5. Handle price and credibility objections with real answers, because an aspirant deciding on a year of prep deserves better than a script

Keep your CRM clean and give the marketing team honest feedback on lead quality

What we're looking for

? Must have:

- Fluency in both English and Hindi, spoken and written
- Good and transparent communication
- Comfort with high call volumes and a number you have to hit every month
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram

⭐Strongly preferred:

- 1 to 2 years in EdTech counselling, inside sales, or B2C phone sales
- Direct experience counselling for CAT, CMAT, XAT, or other MBA entrance exams
- You have attempted CAT yourself, or know the B-school admissions landscape well enough to talk about it credibly

Tools:

Any CRM (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce or similar), Excel or Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business. If you have used a dialer like Ozonetel or Exotel, say so. ?️
