We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with strong knowledge of gym machines and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will combine product expertise with excellent sales and communication skills to drive revenue and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their fitness needs, recommend appropriate equipment, and guide them through the purchasing process.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various gym machines and fitness equipment, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.

- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for equipment, services, and programs.

- Customer Conversion: Convert leads into successful sales by presenting clear product value, handling objections effectively, and following up diligently.

- Communication & Convincing Skills: Use solid communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to influence buying decisions, build trust, and provide clarity to customers.





- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience, including post-sales follow up.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated about the latest fitness industry trends, new equipment launches, and competitor activities.

- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree/diploma

- 2-3 years of sales experience (fitness equipment/gym machines/health & wellness industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of different gym machines, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, and their usage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Passion for fitness and ability to connect with gym owners, trainers, and fitness enthusiasts.
