Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, and have a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Meet prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Present products/services professionally and convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate with customers on pricing, terms, and requirements to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements




- Diploma qualification is mandatory; graduation will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Confident in conducting face-to-face customer meetings.
- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for customer meetings and market visits.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for achieving sales targets.
