Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be skilled in customer interaction, negotiation, lead conversion, and relationship management, with the ability to handle regular field visits and face-to-face customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across Hyderabad.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Present products/services effectively and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.





Candidate Requirements
- Diploma qualification is mandatory; graduation will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in field or customer-facing sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident and comfortable conducting customer meetings.
- Target-oriented, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for customer meetings and market visits.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
