About the Role
BookMyGlow is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring salons, parlours, and beauty professionals and expanding BookMyGlow's customer base. #Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential salons, parlours, and beauty professionals.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Present and explain BookMyGlow's services and subscription plans.
- Convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Lucknow market.
- Maintain regular sales reports and updates.
#Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Experience in B2B sales or selling services will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
₹4–8 LPA + performance-based incentives**, depending on experience, skills, and sales performance.
