We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable meeting customers in person, and have a proactive approach toward generating sales and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
- Present products/services effectively and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently with leads, quotations, and potential customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma qualification is mandatory; graduation will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face customer meetings.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Bhubaneswar market will be an advantage.
- Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
