Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting customers, developing new business, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their requirements.
- Present products/services effectively and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, and other sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and understand local market opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Requirements




- Diploma qualification is mandatory; graduation will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a field/customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with regular customer meetings and field sales.
- Target-oriented, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Guwahati/Assam market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and market visits.
- Ability to independently manage leads and work toward sales targets.
