Anytime Fitness Civil Lines is the first Anytime Fitness club in Prayagraj, a 24/7 gym on Sardar Patel Marg. Anytime Fitness is a global fitness brand with over 6,000 clubs worldwide. We opened in August 2026 and are building our founding team.

The role

Full time, on-site in Civil Lines, Prayagraj.

Membership sales: handling walk-in enquiries, conducting gym tours, calling and following up on leads, explaining membership options and closing them. Maintaining accurate lead and sales records in our CRM and working to daily and monthly targets.

Member relations: welcoming members and guests at the front desk, making courtesy calls to new members, checking in on regular usage, resolving member queries and concerns professionally, and driving renewals, upgrades and referrals through strong relationships.





You will also take part in local outreach and corporate tie-ups across Prayagraj.

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years in sales. Fitness, retail, telecom, insurance or field sales all count
- Comfortable speaking with customers in both Hindi and English
- Presentable, target-driven and comfortable with daily and monthly numbers
- Graduate in any stream
- Basic comfort with computers and CRM software
- Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Based in Prayagraj or able to relocate

What we offer Fixed salary plus incentives on membership sales. Training on the Anytime Fitness sales system. Real growth path in a new club with a small team.
