Job Role: Sales Executive – Succession Planning Advisory

Locations: Thrissur & Calicut (Kozhikode)

Salary Ranges: 3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA+ Incentives

Experience: 3–7 Years

Employment: Full-time

We are looking for Sales Executives to drive client acquisition and business development in the assigned territory. The role involves meeting business owners and families, understanding their succession planning needs, and presenting suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Conduct client meetings and understand their requirements.
- Present Will and Private Family Trust solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle and achieve sales targets.
- Build referral networks with CAs, lawyers, wealth managers, and business consultants.
- Maintain client records and sales pipeline.




- Travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, wealth management, legal advisory, or consultative sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
