Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at Anytime Fitness Alambagh in Lucknow.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for generating new membership leads, conducting facility tours, and presenting membership options to prospective members. Daily tasks include responding to walk-in inquiries, managing follow-ups via phone and digital channels, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role involves building relationships with members,



supporting promotional campaigns, and coordinating with the fitness and front-desk teams to ensure a positive member experience.

The Sales

Executive is also expected to meet sales targets, contribute to local marketing activities, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse members and prospects.
- Basic sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, objection handling, and closing memberships.
- Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools for follow-ups, record keeping, and reporting.
- Interest in fitness and wellness, with the ability to explain gym services and membership benefits clearly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work flexible shifts as required by a 24x7 fitness facility.
- Prior experience in retail, gym sales, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
