We are looking for experienced sales professionals to handle premium leads and close high-ticket sales through consultative selling. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales leads. Pitch and close high-ticket programs and services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly revenue targets. Update CRM, lead status, call records, and follow-up details accurately. Comfortable making 150–200 calls/dials through the CRM on a regular basis. Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue. Key Requirements Graduation is mandatory. 3–4 years of strong sales experience. Mandatory experience in high-ticket sales / consultative sales. Excellent verbal communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong target-driven and result-oriented mindset. Ability to handle premium leads and convert prospects into customers.



Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple follow-ups. Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required.

Compensation & Perks Fixed salary: Up to 38,000 per month, based on experience and suitability. Uncapped performance-based incentives. Career growth and performance-based advancement opportunities.
