We are looking for experienced sales professionals to handle premium leads and close high-ticket sales through consultative selling. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.

- Pitch and close high-ticket programs and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Update CRM, lead status, call records, and follow-up details accurately.
- Comfortable making 150–200 calls/dials through the CRM on a regular basis.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.

Key Requirements • Graduation is mandatory.

- 3–4 years of strong sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-ticket sales / consultative sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle premium leads and convert prospects into customers.




- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple follow-ups.
- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required.
