We are hiring a Sales Engineer for a growing provider of Building Management System (BMS) solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic, technically inclined and target-oriented Sales Engineer to join our Mumbai team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities for BMS, IBMS and Life Safety solutions

Generate leads through consultants, MEP contractors, system integrators, developers and end clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and channel partners.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations and technical demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation or related disciplines.

1 to 5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, ELV, Building Automation,



Fire & Life Safety or technical sales preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a technical mindset may also apply.

Basic understanding of BMS, HVAC, controls and ELV systems.

Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, IoT, Energy Management or IBMS will be an advantage.

Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel PAN India.

Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
