? We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer / Business Development – Semiconductor Industry (2–4 Years)

? Location: Bangalore, Pune & Hyderabad

We’re looking for a high-performance, result-driven Sales/Business Development skilled who thrives in a hunter role and has a strong track record of closing large deals —especially within Defence, PSU, Corporate and Space accounts .

This is not a passive sales role . If you’re someone who can build pipeline from scratch, engage senior stakeholders, and close business independently , we want to talk to you.

? What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle : Lead generation → Meetings → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

• Identify and acquire new customers in Semiconductor, Electronics & Embedded Systems domains

• Build strong relationships with Scientists, Group Directors & Procurement teams

• Understand and position technical solutions across IC Packaging, PCB Design, SI/PI, Simulation, etc.





- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams for solution positioning

• Consistently meet/exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 2–4 years of experience in B2B/Technical Sales, Tool selling

✔ Proven success in handling Defence / PSU / Corporate/ Space accounts

✔ Strong closing ability and commercial acumen

✔ Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders

✔ Self-driven, aggressive, and ownership mindset
