? Hiring | Sales Engineer | Japanese Manufacturing Company

Senshin Marga is hiring on behalf of a leading listed Japanese manufacturer of rotary packaging machines and peripheral equipment for a Sales Engineer based in Okhla, New Delhi.

? Location: Okhla, New Delhi

? Experience: 3–10 years

? Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA

?? Japanese: JLPT N3 or N2 required

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development, identify prospects and close sales
- Develop and manage Indian channel partners
- Work closely with Japanese leadership on India market activities
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Adapt and translate Japanese sales & marketing materials for the Indian market
- Coordinate with customers, channel partners and internal teams
- Support day-to-day sales operations, reporting and performance tracking
- Travel up to 25% for business development and coordination

Ideal Candidate:





- Bachelor’s degree; technical or management background preferred
- 3–10 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, packaging equipment or related sectors
- Robust communication skills in English
- JLPT N3 or N2 Japanese proficiency
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-cultural environment
