Job Summary

- Role: Sales Engineer
- Location: Bengaluru South, Karnataka (On-site)
- Core Objective: Drive industrial B2B sales for electrical switchgear solutions, manage client accounts, and bridge technical requirements with commercial execution.

- Identify and target industrial and commercial accounts to generate qualified leads.
- Map regional markets, pitch LV/MV switchgear and automation solutions, and consistently drive revenue targets.

- Evaluate client specifications and provide accurate,



application-appropriate product recommendations.
- Deliver basic product demonstrations and technical clarifications on electrical components.

- Draft competitive commercial quotations, handle pricing negotiations, and close orders effectively.
- 4. Post-Sales Coordination & • Fulfillment

- Coordinate internally with logistics, dispatch, and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless order tracking.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated B2B sales experience within the electrical switchgear industry.
- Qualified Competencies & • Skills:

- Solid technical foundation in LV/MV switchgear, control panels, and electrical components.
- Strong communication and professional negotiation skills.
- Readiness for field travel as per business needs.
