Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for industrial equipment/machinery products.

- Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and providing exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, etc.

Job Requirements :

- 4-12 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or related field.

- Robust understanding of opticals/optics industry developments and trends.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
